Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 20/25 days at controlled temperature. Each parcel and each grape variety was vinified separately.
4 months aging in bottle.
Appearance: Clear and bright. Green reflections preserved by whole cluster vinification;
Nose: The intense aromatic molecules of this wine are captured by the olfactory epithelium and processed into a complex array of aromas typical of small white flowers such as linden and broom, accompanied by pleasant citrus notes;
Palate: Harmonious, savory, and persistent on the palate. Right balance between acidity and sweet sensations given by aging on its fine lees;
Touch: Touch and trigeminal nerve collaborate to perceive biting, fresh, and pleasantly integrated sensations.
