Appearance: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Cloudy and opalescent.
Nose: Sulfurous and briny notes on entry, giving way to a great complexity of earthy and herbaceous aromas. Green apple, mushrooms, maritime pine, and Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: Savory and fresh. Sweet sensations, excellent acidity, and a long finish.
Palate: Slight effervescence. Suspended yeasts provide creaminess, elegance, and body.
